By purchasing from us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1-) All precautions and safety must be taken by the rider to ensure a safe and fun ride. Fun2ride is not responsible or liable for any damages caused by the use or ownership of any vehicle/product sold. Please read the user manuel thoroughly for instructtions of assembly and appropriate usage and maintenance.

2-) We offer a flexible 7 day returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if you have a change of heart, if you've ordered the wrong things, if the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

3-) The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems caused by miss use, lack of experience or collision damage. These are high quality items and we can not be held responsible for damage caused by collision damage or misuse.

4-) Postage costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. All transportation charges relating to the return of goods will be borne to the buyer. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in good condition

5-) The buyer is responsible to send the faulty part/product back to us.

6-) Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
